Pickles are also very popular as a side dish in Kosovar cuisine. Peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and cabbage are also popular. On your Kosovo vacation you should definitely not miss trying the quality wines of the region. Because especially the southern part of the country with its vineyards is known for the cultivation of quality wines, which are in international demand.
